- 2.5% will be withheld from all tournament prizepools as a gratuity for IPO staff with the exception of qualifiers to the main event.
- TD reserves the right to alter any tournament structure including changing the Blind Timeframes, Adding or Removing a Flight or Day, etc.
- TD reserves the right to reduce the clock to 50% when 3 players remain or any deal has been done.
- All tournaments on the schedule need 8 players or more registered within 15 minutes past the scheduled starting time. TD reserves the right to cancel or alter the tournament If this requirement is not met.
